These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdd9 ("bdd9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdd9.io and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

This Agreement governs your registration, access to, and use of all services offered by bdd9, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, card games, and all related financial transactions conducted through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bdd9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with bdd9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

bdd9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of material changes via your registered email address or a notification displayed upon your next login. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the bdd9 platform through which all transactions and gaming activity are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bdd9 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Platform" means the bdd9 website at bdd9.io, its sub-domains, and any associated mobile applications through which bdd9 services are accessed.
• "Services" means all products and features made available by bdd9, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games, and financial transaction services.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or financial commitment placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which bdd9 Account Balances are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or other account actions are permitted.

To register and maintain an Account on bdd9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdd9 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification will be required as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, an Account on bdd9 that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of bdd9 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or have not requested self-exclusion from bdd9. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgement when placing wagers.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the bdd9 Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using the names, contact details, or payment methods of other persons — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, will be treated as your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bdd9 of suspected unauthorised access.

bdd9 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bdd9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Currency

All Accounts on bdd9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Account currency cannot be changed after registration.

bdd9 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may also be triggered at any time bdd9 determines it necessary to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations or to investigate unusual account activity.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account registered in the same name as the bdd9 Account).
• Source of funds documentation, where the cumulative deposit volume triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. bdd9 reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold Balance pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Providing false, forged, or misleading documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

bdd9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied during KYC review.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bdd9 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which bdd9 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, please contact bdd9 support with your transaction reference number.
• bdd9 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks in credit mode, or funds that represent borrowed money. All deposited funds must originate from the Player's own legitimate income or savings.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the KYC verification process has been completed satisfactorily. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made (the "same source" rule), subject to the limits and availability of that method.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days following approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 3–5 business days following approval, subject to card-issuing bank processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request.
• bdd9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only real-money Balance is eligible for withdrawal unless a bonus promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bdd9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals via mobile banking methods. Fees may apply for bank transfers and card withdrawals as per bdd9's current fee schedule, published in the Account section of the Platform.
• bdd9 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Account Balance if the withdrawal cannot be processed for technical or compliance reasons. The Player will be notified promptly in such cases.

bdd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, including any wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded on a per-Account basis. Claiming the same bonus more than once, whether through multiple accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonus funds and winnings.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may contribute less than 100% toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%; slots contribute 100%; sports bets contribution rates are specified per event.
• bdd9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonuses are void if the Account Balance falls to zero before the Wagering Requirement is completed.
• bdd9 is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any Player and may exclude specific Players from promotional offers at its sole discretion.

All sports bets and wagers placed on the bdd9 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market. A summary of the principal rules is set out below; full market-specific rules are published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.

General Betting Conditions

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once bdd9's system has confirmed acceptance and issued a unique bet reference number. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that the bet details (selection, odds, stake) shown on the confirmation are correct before the event commences.
• Minimum stake per bet: ৳50. Maximum stake per bet: subject to the market limits published on each event. Limits may be adjusted for individual Accounts at bdd9's discretion.
• Odds displayed are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds at the time of acceptance are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event that a market is suspended due to technical error, incorrect odds posting, or force majeure events at the time a bet is placed, bdd9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the Player's Account Balance.
• Cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules published on the Platform, including rules on rain interruptions, match abandonment, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. All in-play bets are subject to the same general betting rules. bdd9 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is effectively determined (for example, after the fall of the last wicket in a cricket match) may be voided at bdd9's discretion.

All casino games available on bdd9 — including live dealer games, slot machines, table games, and card games — are provided by third-party software suppliers. Each game is governed by the rules specific to that game as presented within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

Game Fairness

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on bdd9 use certified and independently audited RNG software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network interruption during a game round, bdd9 and its game providers reserve the right to void the affected game round and refund the stake. No winnings arising from a clear software error or malfunction are payable. bdd9 will not be liable for losses incurred due to malfunctions caused by the Player's own hardware, software, or internet connection.

Card Games

Texas Hold'em and Callbreak card games offered on bdd9 are governed by the specific game rules and table limits published within the respective game lobbies. Collusion between Players at the same table is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdd9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in civil or criminal action:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud bdd9 or other Players, including through chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not the result of genuine human decision-making.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between bdd9 and other platforms with the intent to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. bdd9 reserves the right to limit or void bets that it identifies as part of an arbitrage strategy.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to share information, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage in card games, live casino games, or any other multi-player format.
• Match Fixing: Any involvement in, or knowledge of, the fixing of any sporting event on which a wager is placed. bdd9 cooperates fully with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies investigating match-fixing allegations.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdd9 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bdd9 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a Player if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to bdd9 by any person under 21.

bdd9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling is causing financial stress, emotional distress, or relationship difficulties, it has ceased to be entertainment and become a problem that requires immediate attention.

bdd9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings at any time without requiring prior approval from bdd9:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bdd9 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

All content published on the bdd9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of bdd9 or its third-party content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bdd9.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the bdd9 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bdd9's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdd9's total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdd9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from events outside bdd9's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contained errors.
• The actions or content of third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the bdd9 Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement limits bdd9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bdd9's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

bdd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — bdd9 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and/or a prominent notification displayed upon login.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit any pending withdrawal requests before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform on or after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdd9's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to bdd9's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents bdd9 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
